- ✓Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Eligibility ✅
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Some items can’t be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. If you’re not sure, message us and we’ll help.
How to Start a Return 🧾

If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item).
Exchanges 🔁
If you want an exchange, the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order for the product you want.
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us and we’ll fix it ASAP.
