- ✓Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- ✓Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
- ✓Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- ✓Return shipping may apply unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Eligibility ✅
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Some items can’t be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. If you’re not sure, message us and we’ll help.

We’ll reply with the return address/instructions (and a label if applicable).

Pack & ship
Securely pack the item in original packaging and send it back following the instructions.

Refund processing
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. Banks may take additional time to post it.
Refunds 💳
If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item).
Heads up
Refund timing depends on your bank/card provider. It can take a few business days after processing.
Exchanges 🔁
If you want an exchange, the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order for the product you want.
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us and we’ll fix it ASAP.
